A person who is interested must take an envelope, write down their date of birth, their phone number and drop it off with all the necessary documents under the door of the organization's office. Include the contribution in the envelope ($25 per person per year, plus $5 for the return of documents). It is also possible to receive the service by phone or by Canada Post.
