La Ferme Jeunes au Travail

The community organization offers participating youth who are living a difficult situation a place, a life experience and guidance towards change and social transformation by working in agriculture, cooking and wood carving. 

Young dropouts from Laval, from 16 to 25 years old, are called in to develop personal, professional and social skills. Support in their personal journeys is done through a course connecting learning and work experience. The Ferme Jeunes au Travail aims the integration of youth in the work place or the return to school. 

The group develops multiple products and services of quality linked to biological agriculture, food processing, customer services, and the fabrication of furniture and objects made of wood.
