Michelle Ste-Marie Appointed Interim Director of 211

The Information and Referral Center of Greater Montréal (IRCGM) is pleased to announce the appointment of Michelle Ste-Marie as Interim Director of the 211 Grand Montréal-Gatineau service. Since joining the IRCGM in September 2024 as ÉMMIS Project Manager, Michelle Ste-Marie has demonstrated her exceptional coordination skills, adaptability within a complex ecosystem, and her human and inclusive leadership qualities, which have earned her the respect of employees and colleagues alike.

A graduate with a master’s degree in Public Administration for Managers from ENAP and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UQAM, Michelle Ste-Marie brings over 20 years of experience in leading non-profit organizations and managing projects in major Canadian institutions and companies.
