help and referral phone line: 8h00 to 3h00, 7 days, text message: Monday to Friday 12h00 to 20h00, individual chat: Monday to Friday 16h00 to 0h00, Saturday and Sunday 12h00 to 21h00, open support groups: Monday to Thursday 19h00 to 21h00

open support group: free, closed support group: $135 to 185, conferences, information booths and training: variable
