* Phone listening.

* Information and referral: resources guide, documentation, books and audio-video cassettes loans, Les Quatre Saisons journal.

* Monthly and individual meetings.

* Support group.

* Conferences.

* Activities with financial assistance: artistic workshops, outings, stretching sessions, counselling with a therapist and massage therapy sessions.
