Schedule

by appointment, food bank: Friday 9h00 to 13h00, exercise classes: Thursday 10h00 to 11h00, day centre: Tuesday 10h00 to 14h00

Fees

annual membership: $5, less than $5 for food bank clients

Documents required

food bank: apartment rental document or paid rent proof, proof of income, last tax return and tax assessment notice, service bills (phone or electricity), proof of number of dependants and health insurance card of all members of the family
