Safe and secure meeting place for people living with or having lived with mental health problems.

* Self-help groups: sense-making, compulsive hoarding disorder, anxiety management, etc.

* Artistic expression workshops.

* Activities to break the solitude and isolation.

* Outings in the city and outside Montreal.

* Zootherapy, social acupuncture, play therapy.

* Conferences and popular education workshops.
