customer service: Monday to Friday 8h30 to 16h30, reservation: 7 days, 8h00 to 19h00, transportation: Sunday to Thursday 6h00 to 00h30, Friday and Saturday 6h00 to 1h30, automated service: 7 days, 7h00 to 21h30
