Promotion of volunteerism.

* Support for volunteer organizations.

* Recruitment and referral of volunteers towards organizations.

* Training and conferences for volunteer coordinators in organizations.

* Resource library and presentations on volunteerism.

* Support to a network of approximately 60 meals on wheels and community meals.
